Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Leadership and Management for England (HTQ)

Introduction

This is a Higher Technical Qualification, or HTQ, which is a technical qualification designed by companies and awarding bodies to ensure that you have the necessary training, knowledge, and abilities to succeed in the workplace. It is based on the same requirements as apprenticeships and T Levels, and the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education has certified that it meets the occupational standards.

The Pearson BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Leadership and Management for England qualification is at level 4 and 5, that is equivalent to the 1st and 2nd year of a university degree, providing progression to both university and employment.
