Introduction

The Level 6 Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care is a comprehensive qualification designed for individuals aiming to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for leadership and management roles within the adult care sector. Assessment is through practical assignments, with no exams - to more accurately reflect the real working environment.

This qualification is aligned with our Self Regulated Framework (SRF) and consists of 120 credits, awarded by Severn Business College.
