Introduction

The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care provides individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage and lead adult care services. This qualification is designed to meet the requirements for managerial positions within adult care settings. The SBC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care is at the same level as the second year of a Bachelors degree.
