Introduction

The Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualificatiom aimed at those working in leadership and management roles within adult care settings. It provides learners with the knowledge and skills needed to lead and manage teams, develop services, and ensure effective care delivery. Assessment is through practical assignments, with no exams - to more accurately reflect the real working environment.

This qualification is aligned with our Self Regulated Framework (SRF) and consists of 120 credits, awarded by Severn Business College.
