The purpose of Master of Business Administration (MBA) is to develop senior management and leadership competencies in individuals in order for them to be effective in their respective organisational roles. The programme addresses the needs of practising or aspiring senior managers or entrepreneurs who require the formal development of management skills. The MBA Top-Up Programme provides an excellent opportunity for applicants with the Level 7 Diploma (120 credits) in any subject area to gain a further higher qualification to enhance their career prospects.
The degree requirements for the Master's degree are 180 credits, whereby, 120 credits are transferred and accepted from the Level 7 Diploma qualification, and the remaining 60 credits are to be earned by passing the Masters dissertation module.
After completion of the Dissertation, students will receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) jointly awarded by:

Candidates will be expected to satisfy the following requirements:
Level 7 Diploma (with 120 credits) in any subject area or
Postgraduate Diploma (equivalent to 120 credits) in any subject area and
IELTS 5.5 or CEFR level B2 (if applicable)
OUS&UDG&TNU MBA Top-Up (60 credits) consist of:
Dissertation of worth 60 credits
Aim of writing a dissertation will give you an opportunity to research a topic related to your programme of study. You will plan and manage your research and produce a dissertation of 10,000-15,000 words in length.
